This is a short list of cards that might have to be restricted in the future but we didn't for now, the power level of the decks is still to be appraised so we just came with a "yeah let's not be too hasty"
On first place, we have a usual suspect: Hymn to tourach. Had several opinions on why black discard decks will be a plague unto the format. Still to be seen tho but we'll surely keep an eye on this one.
Next is an old favorite: Black vise, quite the opposite of the Hymn cause we want our opponents to keep cards in hand don't we?
On a completely different category: Recall, I mean, sure it's restricted in some places but... without the power part of the blue is it that of a threat?
And last but not least an enchantment: Land Tax. Potentially a very strong deck thinner and combo enabler, potentially. 1 mana drop that gets you UP to 3 basic lands for each copy. And yet it remains to be seen how the rest of decks deal with that :)
