I'd like to welcome you all to (yet) another OS format. I don't know if someone came up with this same idea but I feel this will scratch that nostalgia itch with far lower powered decks than 93/94 and with a bit more variety than Alice.
Overprinted was the name I came with the friends I was discussing the thing with but you can also call it RF4C which stands for:

All original prints and reprints (old border+original art) are legal and welcome. Bring in your 5th edition Shivan Dragons!
Adding Ice Age or homelands was discussed but ultimately ditched in favor of that 1993-94 feeling albeit unpowered of course.
Usual suspects stay restricted with the addition of the strip mine which will be down to 1 (no libraries or mazes to take care of). Ante cards are all banned.
